An understanding of self is incredibly important for an entrepreneur as he or she goes through a multitude of trials, tribulations, highs and lows, throughout all of it seeking an understanding of things. While this book is not specifically geared towards an entrepreneur, I found it to open up a unique lens into my soul that allowed me to look into my consciousness in a new and exciting way while cleansing myself of certain doubts and demons. For anyone that is battling these issues, or seeking their version of enlightenment, this book allows you to engage in a new perspective with the world.
Mastering the Rockefeller Habits by Verne Harnish
Verne offers insightful case studies and step by step methodology on implementing the key strategies and rhythms embraced by the most successful people and firms of the last century. These habits have transformed my business and I refer to them on a daily basis. Any manager, principal, or executive should pickup this book as soon as they can and begin to implement his system. Keeping your company aligned, organized, and incentivized should always be a priority.
